‘Lobha’ is a Sanskrit word for greed.

The general understanding of greed relates to being desirous for money or status and such things.

Often, you would hear people say — “I am not greedy!”

The dictionary meaning of greed is the “intense and selfish desire for something, especially wealth, power, or food.”
